The Committee on Family Matters, Youth Policy, Sport and Tourism recommends that the Parliament adopts the Bill on Amendments to the Clause 8 of the Law "On Provision of the Organisational and Legal Conditions for the Social Protection of the Orphaned Children and deprived of the Parental Care"

During the sitting of the Committee it was declared that the Bill (Reg.No6555) envisages the allotment of the right for the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to implement rates of grant assistance for the orphaned children and children deprived of the parental care. This proposition is based on the fact that in the State Budget for the year 2009 the rates of assistance are presupposed to be more then it is supposed to be according to the article 8 of the Law "On Provision of Organizational-Legal Conditions of Orphaned Children, deprived of Parental Care, Social Protection."

According to the Committee members the Bill´s adoption facilitate the finance provision for the orphaned children, deprived of the parental care.
